Collaboration Brew with Brimstone Brewing Company from Ridgeway, On.
This brew used yeast harvested from the RNBC Dubbel Polar Vortex and brewed with late addition Azacca and Jerrylo hops. Brewed at Brimstone Brewing, this will be served as a collaboration brew in their taproom. Brimstone Brewmaster Zack Gagnon and Rusty Nickel Head Brewer, Dave Johnson were at the helm of this delicious brew.
